This property is a condo (not a monthly apartment). This means each unit is owned by a different individual and decorated slightly differently, some units have washing machine and/or WiFi. The Pansuk is snuggled along a back street to the larger Huay Kaew road and is quiet. We will attempt to provide rooms from owners who provide all facilities first.

The Pansuk Condo Chiang Mai Overview:
Pansuk Condos include two buildings located just off Huay Kaew Road close to the Kad Suan Kaew and Maya Malls, and of course the proper Nimman Area.
All the the units contain a closed off bedroom and small kitchen, balcony and modern flat screen televisions. The residential mix is mostly older newcomers and the more experienced digital nomads. Clean modern and tastefully decorated, each room contains a working area and is light open and breezy.
Car and motorbike parking available, in the heart of a busy and thriving section of Chiang Mai. Because each unit is owned by an individual, some units contain washing machines and WiFi, while others do not. We at Guroo Asia will attempt to get the units with both of these already included for our customers, and notify if they are missing before finalizing the order
