The Greens is a large compound of 3 buildings and facilities situated on 15,000 square meters of area. The apartment building have 7 stories with the lobby on the first floor and from floor 2-7 are fully furnished room for rent. Two of the buildings are available for short term lease (1-6 months) with one building reserved for long time tenets. Greens 2 Apartments offer a large standard room of 33 sq.m and one (Deluxe 66 sq.m) and two (Grand 112 sq.m) bedroom suites with full size European kitchen, separate bedrooms and large living room area.
In the suites each bedroom has it’s own working desk and surrounded by tress and greenery yet so close to everything. The Greens apartment building 2 is Stylish and elegant, smaller than the Greens 1 complex but still larger than most other residences available for a monthly lease in Chiang Mai. There is large parking area which can serve at least 100 cars. The garden and green area surrounding as well as the mountain view makes for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
