Moving out Policy
Moving out and extending stay According to future bookings, The Serene House cannot guarantee extension of stay over the period of your booking.
Early move out before the end of your requested booking period will result in forfeit of the deposit. The amount forfeited will be calculated as follows: monthly rate divided by thirty multiplied by the amount of days from move out to the end of the booked period -50%.
Tenants who stay 3 months or longer must give a prior notice at least 15 days in advance before termination of their renting contract. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of their deposit money.
