We Do it All

Chiang Mai Buddy specializes in making your arrival, stay and departure from Chiang Mai a wonderful experience. We can simply pick you up and transport you to CNX or your place of stay, or with our Deluxe Arrival Service, cover everything from booking your accommodations, renting you a decent motorbike, getting the proper SIM card for your phone, then providing on-going support and assistance you while you are here.

How it Works

  1. Purchase the pickup service online.
  2. At checkout, fill in the details of what flight you are on (flight number, time, etc) and (this is important) arrival terminal: International or Domestic?
  3. Leave any special instructions.
  4. We will process your order then schedule your pickup time.

Please Note

  1. Maximum two passengers with checked luggage.
  2. Regular hours of service are 08:30h to 17:30h.
  3. 200 BHT additional charge outside of regular service hours.

Determining Your Arrival Terminal

If you are on an international flight that bypasses customs and immigration at Bangkok (i.e. baggage is checked through to Chiang Mai), you are on an international flight and will arrive via the international terminal.

If you are still on an international flight but go through customs at Bangkok, you will arrive via the domestic terminal. Likewise, if you are flying in to CNX from anywhere within Thailand, you will arrive via the domestic terminal.

Currently we are servicing airport pickups within a 15 kilometre radius of the Airport. This covers most of Chiang Mai, including the inner city and surrounding areas.
