Special Conditions of Accommodation:

– Hotel rates are for 2 Adults per room per night and inclusive of 10% service charge and government tax.
– Children under the age of 8 years can stay free.
– Extra Adults and Children charged at 300 THB (Baht) per person per night.
– 300 baht surcharge will be added during tourism festivals, for example Chinese New Year, Songkran, Loi Krathong, and Christmas & New Year’s holidays
